Our beautifully landscaped property is the ideal location for weddings, corporate events, private parties and anniversaries.  The picturesque grounds feature an outdoor ceremony site, concert stage, tasting room, picnic grounds, patio and barrel room, all surrounded by vineyards and Spanish style fountains. From small intimate indoor events to up to 300 guest outside, we can accommodate a wide variety of your event needs!

Basic Package

$500 non-refundable deposit is required to hold the date. We do not rent the facility on holidays.Items included in pricing:

  • One hour wedding rehearsal.  Rehearsals will be scheduled when event is booked.
  • Wine Servers
  • Use of indoor and outdoor facilities as specified
  • Use of Tables and Chairs (round tables and white folding chairs for up to 160 people)
  • Set up and Clean Up
  • Includes day of wedding coordinating services by Simply Chic Events

Almond Champagne Package
$6800
$500 non-refundable deposit is required to hold the date

Includes everything in the Basic Package PLUS:

  • 6 hours of DJ Service (including uplighting, and monogram)
  • Full service wedding coordination with Simply Chic Events (design concept, layout, creation of timeline for vendors and wedding party and coordination of setup and deliveries)
  • Wedding Cake of your choice by Leemeez Sweets
  • Centerpieces for up to 18 tables
  • Linens and overlays for tables

Items not included in pricing:

  • Catering – We do have preferred vendors that we work with and recommend, however, you may choose. We do require that the caterer be professional and licensed.
  • Glassware, silverware, dishes, napkins, table linens (unless provided with yor package) and any other items related to food service, are to be taken care of by your caterer.
  • Beverage Package – We offer different beverage packages.  We keep pricing simple, a per-guest price, versus a per-drink system with complicated bar minimums. Minimum beverage package purchase required.  No outside beverages allowed.

Additional notes:

  • Deposit to hold the date:  We require a $500 non-transferable and non-refundable deposit to hold the date.  Deposit does go towards the balance of your event.
  • All charges must be paid in full one week before the night of the event.
  • Amount of time given includes all vendors.  Setup may begin at noon on the date of the event.
  • Professional caterer must be approved by the event manager.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide one day alcohol event insurance  $1,000,000.00 policy in their name with Las Flores listed as additionally insured.
  • All wine and sparkling wine used is limited to Las Flores Wine, and beer is to be provided by Las Flores.  There will be no outside alcohol.  Different beverage packages are to be discussed with renter personally to allow for customization.
  • The use of rice, birdseed, potpourri, glitter or confetti is prohibited.  An additional $50.00 will be charged to your  bill if there is any unauthorized use of these items.
  • Artwork and merchandise of the winery will not be removed without prior consent of the winery.
  • Pricing is subject to change at any time, however prices are fixed upon deposit.
